Alternate timeline : In 2008, as he comes back to Atlantis, John Sheppard jumps 48,000 years in the future because of a solar flare. Atlantis seems abandonned for a while, M35-117's oceans are dry and the planet is a huge desert because of the sun who growed to become a red giant. With the help of an hologram programmed by Rodney McKay which has his appearance, Sheppard spends 800 more years in a stasis pod and comes back in time to change the events which occured when he was M.I.A. ATL: "The Last Man"
