The guide was a Rand Protectorate museum guide, guardian of the Great Ring of Avidan.
Character's evolution
"Icon" (2004)
The guide is introducing the Great Ring of Avidan to a group of people visiting the Rand Protectorate museum. When he talks about the history and legends regarding the Stargate, its inner ring is spinning and the gate activates to their very much surprise. Then a MALP gets out the puddle and approches the group.
Notes
- On the guide's badge is written "Goodine". Yet one doesn't know if it is his name or ne the name of the museum. Moreover, the Rand Protectorate alphabet is quite different on their computers.
- The guide's fate is uncertain as two major events destroyed the Rand Protectorate capital; Soren's revolution and the following Rand-Caledonian war (SG1 "Icon", "Ethon").
