Simeon was a member of the Lucian Alliance. He was part of Kiva's faction who invaded the Ancient spaceship Destiny in 2009. After been captured he was allowed with a small group of the alliance to remain onboard. He has been killed by Nicholas Rush after he murder Amanda Perry through Ginn's body as the two of them had switched their councioussnesses.
