Character's evolution

"Emancipation" (1997)

In the Shavadai camp, Abu shows to Colonel Jack O'Neill, Dr. Daniel Jackson and Teal'c the effects of a new medicine on a villager. The latter has been hit by a fire arrow during a skirmish and his shoulder has been badly burned. Abu tells SG-1 that, when he started the treatment, there was no pain anymore and the wound started to heal as there was no burn anymore.
