This unnamed planet has been visited in 2009 by Matthew Scott, Eli Wallace and Chloe Armstrong when they attempted to retrieve Destiny.

Some time ago, a seed ship has put a Stargate at the surface of the planet.
Detailled evolution
"Lost" (2009)
Eli Wallace, Chloe Armstrong and Matthew Scott are on the planet, trying to reach Destiny. Yet, in their attempt to dial another world, they found the next one is toxic. They don't have a kino anymore to check the viability of another one. Since they can't stay on this one, Scott orders Eli to dial another address, and when Scott will be on the other side, he will radio them if the air is okay. Chloe doesn't agree yet Scott tells her that anyway, they will die.
