Simarka's ruined temple is a monument located on planet Simarka.

Overview

This temple is located near the Simarka's Stargate and DHD. According to Teal'c, this temple has been destroyed a long time ago. The reasons for its raising and destruction are unknown (SG1: "Emancipation").

Evolution

"Emancipation" (1997)

When they get out of the Stargate, SG-1 see the ruined temple. Daniel Jackson states on the aspect. When Teal'c comments about the destruction of this temple, Colonel Jack O'Neill asks the team to move on before meeting "somebody who remembers why".

  • The name "temple" is used here to define this location as Teal'c uses this term to define this monument.
