The Wraith was part of the First Wraith Atlantis assault team during the Siege of Atlantis in 2005. When he was feeding on Col Dillon Everett, he has been killed by a Marine, stopping the feeding process.
Biography
In 2004, the Wraith was among the ones who have been awaken after Major John Sheppard killed a Wraith caretaker (SGA: "Rising", Part 2).
Character's evolution
"The Siege", Part 2 (2005)
The Wraith is beamed inside Atlantis and tracked by Col Dillon Everett and a Marine using an Ancient life-sense detector. Then he jumps behind the two men surprising them, knocks out the Marine and throws away Everett's P90. Everett empties his pistol with no lethal effect on the Wraith.
"The Siege", Part 3
With no bullet to shoot on the Wraith, the latter starts feeding on Col Dillon Everett, but is shot to death by the Marine who regained consciousness, stopping the feeding process.
Behind the scenes
- Jeffrey Robinson is uncredited in both "The Siege", Part 2 and "The Siege", Part 3.
- Robinson also portrayed another Wraith in the same episodes, one of those against Lt Aiden Ford and a group of Marines.[1]
- The sequence when the Wraith is feeding on Col Dillon Everett and when he is shot dead by the Marine are additional scenes shot for "The Siege", Part 3.[2] There is a continuity goof on them as the tattoos on the Wraith's face are different than the ones of the previous shots, and the goatee is larger.
Gallery
-
Different tattoos and a larger goatee for the same character (continuity goof) in "The Siege", Part 3.
