P3W-451's black hole is former white dwarf. In 1998 it collapsed into black hole and started pull apart the the planet.

Detailled evolution

The white dwarf collapses and becomes a black hole. It pulls asteroids and nearby objects into it, before it pulls P3W-451 close, starting pull apart the planet, trapping SG-10 in the process.

This black hole looks different than will looks other ones in franchise. The reason is that it is a new born black hole with a small accretion disk.
