SG1: "1969"
  • Inside Cheyenne Moutain Complex, Professor Langford experiments on the Stargate artefact found at Giza in 1928 under military control. They eventually find an address that activates a wormhole. Ernest Littlefield volunteers to cross the gate, fitted with a diving suit. Eventually the wormhole disengages, living Littlefield MIA. Langford tells her daughter Catherine, Littlefied's fiancee, that there was an explosion in the lab and Littlefield died in the accident. Those experiments were filmed and kept archived. After the end of the World War II, Langford and his daugther are told to never speak again of the Stargate and the military lock the artefact inside an armory located in Washington, D.C.
