Erick Avari (born April 13, 1952) is an Indian American television, film and theater actor known for his roles in various science-fiction serial productions. Avari portrayed the Abydonian leader Kasuf in both the Stargate movie and the Stargate SG-1 TV series.

  • Erick Avari and Alexis Cruz (Skaara) are the two only actors who have reprised their original role from the featured film in Stargate SG-1.
  • By the end of 2002, Avari was scheduled to reprise his role of Kasuf in the last Stargate SG-1 Season 6 episode "Full Circle", but this schedule ultimately failed due to his commitment to the Dragnet TV series.
