The technician is a US Air Force Lieutenant who succeed in dialing the Atlantis Stargate in 2004.
Character's evolution
Following the connection of a Zero Point Module to the Stargate Command power supply, the technician initiates and performs an eight-chevron dialing sequence to the newly discovered Atlantis address.
