In 2009, he had to evacuate the base when it was attacked by Lucian Alliance's forces and retrieved himself stranded aboard Ancient vessel Destiny along with 80+ people. He freezed to death on the newly created planet Eden in 2010. His body has been revived soon after and put in a restored Ancient shuttle back to Destiny. Yet his body relived the same death.
