Virgil Biggs[1] is a veteran of the Gulf War, possibly experiencing the symptoms of the Gulf War syndrome.
Biography
Biggs was at the veteran hospital at the same time than Reginald Greer. His mental state seemed unstable and he continually repeated all the symptoms related to the Gulf War syndrome. Full of anger, Greer jumped at his throat to shut his mouth once and for all, but his son Ronald subdued him (SGU: "Lost").
