- In 1997, Acovone replaced John Diehl as Major Charles Kawalsky for the Stargate SG-1 TV series. Even if the character disapeared after three episodes, Acovone came back as guest star for three more episodes to portray alternate versions of Kawalsky between 1998 and 2005.
