Taylor was foreman in the archeological diggings led by Professor Langford in Giza, Egypt in 1928.
Biography
One doesn't know anything about Taylor, but in 1928, he was foreman under the direction of Professor Langford in an archeological digging location, in Giza (Stargate).
Character's evolution
Stargate (1928)
On the archeological site of Giza, Foreman Taylor greets Professor Langford near a big coverstone. With the young Catherine Langford, they reach another digging place. There, they see a huge artefact being erected by all the local workers using ropes. They have no idea of what it is.
A worker says that there is something else buried beneath the artefact. reaching the place with Langford, they are amazed by the fossil appearance.[1]
Notes
- According to the age of the character in 1928 (around 40 years old), Taylor is supposed to be dead in present day.
- Langford and Taylor are not speaking English when they talk together. When Langford ask his question, he speaks a badly pronounced Norvegian: "Herregud, vad är det?" (What in God's name is that?). Taylor answers him in Swedish: "Jag önskar jag visste det" (I wish I knew).
