P2S-569 is a planet located in the Milky Way galaxy.
History
In 2008, when Colonel David Telford was on an undercover mission infiltrating the Lucian Alliance, a large Tau'ri team have settled on the planet. Then the Alliance attacked the planet for some reason, killing 37 people. According to Colonel Everett Young, Telford knew about the attack, but decided to do nothing about it[1] (SGU: "Subversion", "Incursion", Part 1).

When Matthew Scott tries to understand why him and Dr. Nicholas Rush have memories connected to Colonel David Telford, Colonel Everett Young tells Scott what happened on P2S-569.
Later, when Rush switches conciousnesses with Telford using the Ancient communication stones, the latter is questionned by Young about P2S-569.
